These types of kitchen bar stools are usually made from cherry, oak, or from some other type of hardwood. Bar stools made from woods needs to be made strong and sturdy so it can support heavy weight. However, metal bar stools have a specific advantage over wooden. Unlike wooden stools that are steady, metal stools are adjustable. It usually has a built-in lever that can be pressed to adjust the sitter's desired height. This is obviously one great feature since not all people stand and sits in one height.
