I only have two drawers so I have to limit what I keep in them. One drawer is only 6 wide and the other one is 12 wide. I am always on the lookout for things that dont belong. (That sounds like a Sesame Street song doesnt it?) I do that because my space is limited.
Every chef needs his or her spices and herbs. But these pesky, often messy little bottles are sometimes hard to find a place for. Many cooks simply end up storing them in a drawer, a rollout rack, or in a Lazy Susan. The only problem with storing spices out of sight is that it easy to lose track of what you have. Perhaps you are almost out of garlic salt or sage. Few amateur cooks remember to gather everything they need before they begin. More often than not, they just start cooking and add the spices later because they are pressed for time. Storing spices and herbs on a spice rack or on a stack will ensure that youll never run out of a vital ingredient again.
It is in these areas where a regular, thorough kitchen deep cleaning with a steam clean can be most effective. It is best carried out be a specialist cleaning contractor, who has the right cleaning and protective equipment, as well as the knowledge and training to ensure thorough kitchen extract cleaning as well as inspection and maintenance of the ductwork, extractor canopies and filters, which suffer from heavy use in a busy commercial kitchen.Kitchen Area Stand Mixers Buying Manual
Everyone loves having a fireplace in their home. There is nothing that quite compares to the benefit of relaxing in front of the roaring flames, especially if it is bitterly cold outside. However, it is important to remember that fireplaces are also a potential hazard if they are not managed properly. And one of the most overlooked aspect of keeping a clean fireplace is the chimney. Most people will clean their fireplace regularly, but they will ignore the chimney and expect it to keep functioning correctly.
